Which food gives you super energy
No matter what you do you need direct energy in your body but if you are not careful with your dietary choices you’ll lag behind
What I can say with my experience is that a desk job holder needs more energy to keep him/herself charged everyday
There are many reason why energy level of a desk job holder drops significantly higher than others;
- Long-Term Sitting: Being seated for a long time can slow down your blood flow and make you feel tired and dull.
- Lack of Movement: If you don’t do much physical exercise during the day, you might feel tired.
- Mental Fatigue: Stress and mental jobs that you have to do all the time can make you tired very quickly.
- Poor Posture: Sitting with bad posture can make you tired and uncomfortable.
- Unhealthy Snacking: Eating snacks that are high in sugar or fat can make your energy go up and down quickly.
I mentioned there are few more but let’s talk about why do we need to be energized to fight our daily desk job battle

- To Bring Out Your Creativity: Being energetic can help you come up with new ideas and be more creative at work.
Direct energy is the center of everything & it mainly comes from the food you eat
If you do not eat & make the right choice with the foods you won’t be able to feel energized throughout the day
Here are some list of foods that gives you direct energy to fight your desk battle:
- Bananas: These fruits are good for you because they have a lot of potassium and vitamin B6 which help your body turn food into energy and make your muscles work better.
- Oatmeal: Oatmeal is a whole grain that is high in complex carbohydrates, which give you energy all day long.
- Nuts and Seeds: Nuts and seeds, like chia seeds and almonds, are high in protein, fiber, and good fats which help stay energetic.
- Greek Yogurt: Greek yogurt has a lot of protein and bacteria, which help your body digest food and give you energy that lasts.
- Dark chocolate: This type of chocolate has caffeine and theobromine in it which can make you more aware and give you more energy.
These are the general list of the foods but if you need to have for having a good energy all day.
I believe foods are not always supposed to be finger licking good.
Different foods have different benefits.
Some will make your muscles bulky, some leaner.
Some foods are good for your skin, some are good for your scalp.
Each category of food has different role & we need to find our need first than eat like it.
