Fruits that I prefer while working at desk

 

The dietary trend of an office is, having cakes, cookies, teas & coffee. This thing has to be changed to new items like passion fruit or others

 

These food items seem so much fun & harmless but is it truly harmless?

 

The trend of having these harmful foods is changing. People are now more concerned about their health & cholesterol level rather than having mouth watering foods

 

These foods are more like a slow poison that ruins your health gradually.

 

These fruits have many bad effects, some of them are;

 

  1. High in sugar: Gives you energy spikes and crashes, and makes you gain weight and get diabetes.

     

  2. High Saturated Fats: Raise cholesterol levels, which can cause heart disease.

     

  3. Artificial Additives: Flavorings and preservatives made in a lab can make your stomach hurt and cause allergic reactions.

     

  4. Empty Calories: These meals don’t have much or any nutritional worth, which can cause nutrient deficiencies.

 

Instead of these foods we can switch to better option which is organic & beneficial for health as well
