How did I manage to stay fit without Protein Shake?

I started working out 10 years ago, I’d say that I’m doing pretty well without premier protein shake.

All these time, I have lots of negativity or obstacles which tried to drift me away from my fitness journey.

There were lots of comments from here & there saying, bodybuilding is very tough to keep up, it’s very expensive & you need to give a significant amount of time etc.

One of the facts that I clearly remember is that, one of my friends said that I’d need at least one jar of protein powder every month which at that time cost nearabout USD 30.

When I was a student back then, I couldn’t afford that kind of money.

I was really disheartened but I didn’t stop working out. Instead I started to make experiments.

It’s true that protein shake helps you to stay fit but there are ways if you follow them you might just not need one.

Your homemade food can fulfill your needs.

Before that let’s talk about some bad effects of premier protein shake;

Problems with Digestive Health: Protein shakes with artificial chemicals or a lot of lactose can cause bloating, gas, or stomach cramps in some people.

Kidney Strain: Drinking drinks with too much protein can put stress on the kidneys, especially in people who already have kidney problems.

Nutrient Imbalance: If you rely too much on protein shakes, you might not get enough of other important nutrients that you can find in whole foods.

Additives and Chemicals: A lot of protein shakes have artificial tastes, sweeteners, and preservatives that can hurt your health in the long run.

Your body needs protein to grow muscle but if you don’t want to buy or consume protein powder you can make it in your home
